The Project Phoenix Initiative

The Project Phoenix Initiative is a secret government experiment. Using science, P.P.I. heads infused teenagers and young adults with super powers with one catch, each power comes with a side effect called A.S.H.E.S. which stands for At The Subject's Harmful Expense Scenario. A.S.H.E.S. is a destructive requirement that each hero must meet to activate their powers. Danny Damage, Sunflower, and Heavy Metal are part of Project Phoenix Initiative's team alpha.
